Shipping information

House of Saver ships within the United States only (50 states). We do not ship internationally. This page matches how shipping is calculated at checkout: orders under $35 (before tax) pay a flat $12 standard shipping charge; orders $35+ qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Carrier pickup and transit times vary by destination.

Rates

• Subtotal under $35: $12 flat standard shipping (US).
• Subtotal $35 or more: free standard shipping (US).
• Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Carriers

We ship via major carriers (for example USPS, UPS, or FedEx). The carrier and service for your order appear in your shipment notification when the label is created.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive tracking by email when available. You can also check status from your account order history.

Damaged or missing items

If something arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us with your order number and photos if applicable. See Returns & Refunds.
