Returns & refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy should match what you configure for returns in Google Merchant Center (window, refund method, who pays return shipping).
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for many items, subject to the conditions below. Perishable or opened consumable products may be non-returnable where the law allows — we'll confirm when you contact us.
Condition
Items should be unopened and in resellable condition unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may refuse returns that don't meet these criteria.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is required because we sent the wrong item, the item is defective, or we instruct you otherwise in writing. Use a trackable method when we ask you to return goods.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and which items you want to return. We'll send return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to the original payment method when possible. Banks may take several business days to post the credit after we issue it.
Exchanges
Need a different item? Contact us — we'll help when stock allows, which may mean a return plus a new purchase.
