How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation by email when payment succeeds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout through our payment processor (Stripe). We never ask for your full card number by email.
How much is shipping?
We ship within the US only. Standard shipping is free when your order subtotal is $35+ (before tax). Below that, standard shipping is a flat $12. See Shipping.
How do returns work?

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link from your shipping email when available, or open your order under Account.
Do prices include tax?
Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law. The product page shows the item price before tax unless stated otherwise.
