A staple whole grain
This whole grain whole wheat has been a staple in my family I use it for just about anything tuna fish sandwiches I like that it's whole grain not only just whole wheat It's important that I get whole grain bread I try to cut down on the carbs it's just enough calories and clears my system the fiber and the intestines it's a better than just white bread I've been eating this for a year and mix it up with other whole grain I make sure it says whole grain if you're not allergic to any of that and it tastes decent I get used to it good value good health for me tuna sandwiches egg sandwiches grilled cheese You can toast it with almond butter or whatever kind of peanut butter and it feels healthier

Highly Sweetened But Tasty
I remember the when this came out and I tasted it for the first time. I was kind of shocked. It tasted like a cross between actual bread and cake. If you look at the ingredients, this bread has a LOT -- and I mean a lot -- of sugar. Like, 3 grams per slice. For perspective, 4 grams equals a teaspoon. So a sandwich with two slices of this bread will contain around 1.5 teaspoons of sugar, which is 12% of your recommended daily allowance - just from the bread alone. So if you've ever eaten honest, real, whole wheat bread, this will be nothing like that. Don't be misled, Orowheat is selling what is probably a consumer-vetted, mass-market product that might appear at first to be healthy, in part because it's 100% whole what. I do buy this all the time and enjoy eating it, but if you're buying whole wheat bread for health reasons alone, I'd suggest that you look around some more.
