Brings back great memories from childhood
Okay, so one day I decided that eventhough I didn't need it, I would order this Cinnamon Raisin bread for a treat. And man oh man, was it ever GOOD!!! It was so good and apparently because I used to have it when I was a child, somehow after eating it, it made me feel "victorious." As in, "the good guys win over the bad, after all." But I felt the super victory feeling of winning a spiritual battle, I'm serious, this bread made me feel that way! It's really yummy, especially with just butter!!! It's good with peanut butter, but I still like it better with just butter. I like how the slices are nice and thick and I like that it's organic. This bread is a staple now in my household, but as much as I love it, if it was inorganic, that would be a deal breaker and then the bad guys would have won a little. Not with this bread, though, it's yummy AND organic.My mom used to use leftover Easter ham on raisin bread toast sandwiches with horseradish spread, and oh my gosh that was such a divine combination! All three components of those sandwiches were made to go with each other!! I'm vegan/vegetarian now, but I can use the Tofurkey smoked deli slices instead of the (idea with bad mojo), and I'm golden!!! It goes to show that while this bread is excellent for breakfast and as a snack, it's also wonderful for savory food ideas, too!! I highly recommend this yummy, classic bread!!!

I purchased Dave’s Killer raisin bread for a taste test. I love Sam’s thick raisin bread but it doesn’t stay stocked. I decided to try this brand after looking through so many on this site.I simply love it. It’s not too sweet, the texture is great, it is so incredible. I’m so glad I my this purchase and I will be purchasing more.

Funny name for bread but it's the best bread out there
The first time I saw a package on the Whole Foods app "Dave's Killer Bread" I felt like I was being challenged to give it a go. I was totally delighted and I've tried I don't know how many different types of Dave's Killer Breads in their lineup, but I think I've tried at least 3/4 of them you can get it plain or with raisins, raisins and cinnamon you can get them as plain Bagels and fancy bagels, hamburger buns, sliced bread and more each is unique and Delicious! The back story on the Inception of the bread always gives me a smile. So with every time I place a food order I always request several kinds of Dave's Killer Bread in there. I never have had a stale or a bad Loaf.I give them six stars if I could. May seem a bit pricey but it's worth the price they use first class ingredients. I have a degree in culinary arts where quality was stressed heavily because quality gives the customer or the partaker of your food pleasure and desire to eat it again. Dave's has always been fresh. It is the only bread that I will eat. If I can't get Dave's then I don't get bread.
