Life saver with the length If you need a longer pad these are the perfect length. They are thinner than the other overnight ones and don't make you feel like your wearing a diaper (as much as pads do) I have a HEAVY flow and these keep me sane on my period weeks

This pad is super long and absorbent. The glue is also strong, so I don't worry about it shifting. The material is a bit harsh, though, so I interchange it with a softer pad. That way, I won't get sore buttocks.

Awesome for bladders too! I'd given up on bladder control products not leaking. This pad is perfect for heavy bladder leaks, with zero leaking! you can never go wrong with these. i have heavy menstrual cycles and these helped a bunch at night and during work. Although they are very bulky and can be seen being worn if wearing tight pants like leggings and yoga pants. Definitely recommend to wear jeans instead

Stage II Endometriosis-Approved I have Stage II Endometriosis and may have PCOS. This is the only pad that's ever done the job for me while not making me feel like I'm wearing a diaper. The wings stay pretty well and as long as I'm wearing pants or shorts in bed or with a dress/skirt I don't remember the last time as an adult (I'm 25) that I remember the protection failing. The absorbency is phenomenal. Often in the past I would change one of these every few hours despite it being overnight - this is only a comfort issue. If I'm in a pain or menstrual anemia-induced 12-hour “nap”, it will still catch everything.
